Position: Flash Designer
Location: Boston

The Flash Designer is a key member of the Creative Services team which is primarily responsible for the production of high quality online display ads. This position requires someone who is able to develop efficient creative executions, with great attention to detail. It requires a strong proficiency in Flash, with Action Script skills a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to execute to specific product specs, and be able to provide their own creative ideas when specs are not clearly defined. This person should be able to work with minimal supervision and enjoy a fast paced, flexible environment.

What Were Looking For:

• Produce display ads in flash, utilizing primarily timeline animation, and action script as required
  
• Work independently, or with minimal guidance, to fulfill requests for creative production
  
• Manage time and resources for maximum efficiency and contribution towards team goals
  
• Expediently perform production level work involving resizes, format changes, and optimization of elements within existing ads
  
• Ability to take a product from concept to final execution
  
• Meet deadlines on time sensitive requests
  
• Optimize flash and image elements within each creative
  
• Utilize industry standards and meet appropriate product specs on all work produced
  
• Attention to detail and ability to QA your own work
  
• Other duties as assigned qualifications
  
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
  
• At least 2-3 years experience in online media design, and some experience with production of online display ads
  
• Proficiency with flash, illustrator, and photoshop
  
• Strong working knowledge of the online advertising industry and practices
